Driver Collides Into Champion Driving School

The was notified and no injuries were reported. The vehicle also struck another vehicle before hitting the building, police reports said. Structural damage to the building was reported as well at the Main Street entrance of the driving school.
Assault and Battery Reported Thursday

Police received a call at approximately 4:45 p.m. Thursday reporting an assault and battery incident at Easton Mobile Park outside of a residence.
Police responded but reported that both individuals had left the scene prior to arrival.

Missing Catch Basins Reported Wednesday
A slew of catch basins were reported missing in Easton by a school bus driver at approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. The driver reported missing basins and street grates missing from Kennedy Circle and Caroline Road. The Easton Department of Public Works was notified and responded.
Suspicious Activity Early Wednesday
A 911 caller on route 24 reported an SUV driving with blue strobe lights behind him. The caller was informed by state police that the driver was not a police officer. The driver followed the SUV into Easton where were able to stop it on the corner of Foundry Street and Symphony Drive.
The driver of the SUV said he was a firefighter and the vehicle checked out as an emergenc vehicle. The driver said the lights were activated by accident.
