Easton Driver Crashes Through Wine Store: Police

EASTON, MA — An Easton driver crashed through a wine store on Cape Cod Sunday, police said. The 52-year-old man was at the wheel of a Toyota Camry when he jumped the curb and crashed through the storefront of The Cellar 55 Wine Merchants in Sandwich. No one was hurt.

Two employees and a customer were in the store at the time of the crash. The driver said his foot became stuck between the gas and brake pedals. No charges have been filed. Police said an investigation is ongoing.
