One person has died after a motorcycle accident in Braintree.Shortly before 3 p.m., the motorcyclist was traveling near the Route 93 entrance on Granite Street when he collided with a truck, according to the Norfolk District Attorney's office.The victim has been identified as James Oldfield, age 32, of North Easton, Mass.The incident blocked traffic to the major highway as police conducted an investigation during the afternoon.The crash is under investigation by the Braintree Police Department with the assistance of prosecutors from the Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit at the Norfolk District Attorney's Office and personnel from the Massachusetts State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Section.No charges or citations have been issued.
