Easton Police Arrest Three on Heroin Charges

Three men including a Easton resident are now facing multiple drug charges after police officers observed a sale of heroin on Shagbark Road.

Daniel Libby, 33, of Wareham and James Kyung Kim, 29, of South Easton were arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Sean Sullivan, 44, of Weymouth was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, a subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate the drug law.

According to a press release from Easton Chief of Police Allen Krajcik, members of the Easton Police Detective Division and Northern Bristol County Drug Task Force, and several Easton patrol officers were performing surveillance on a known drug house located at 8 Shagbark Road on Tuesday and observed a hand to hand sale of heroine.

Upon witnessing the exchange, several arrests were made and a search warrant was executed on the home.

Approximately five grams of heroin was seized along with $700 in cash.

Libby and Kim were held on $10,000 cash bail and arraigned Wednesday morning in Taunton District Court. Sullivan was released on $500 cash bail and was also arraigned in Taunton District Court Wednesday morning.
