Easton Police Investigate ATVs in Power Lines

ATVs in the power lines Sunday highlight today's police and fire log.

received a call Sunday afternoon at approximately 12:30 regarding ATVs traveling in the power lines on Depot Street. Upon investigation, police were unable to find the ATVs, but got reports on Bay Road regarding dirtbikes in the area. Police were unable to locate.

College Party on Washington Street

Police received a call at approximately 4 p.m. Saturday regarding a noise complaint on Washington Street. There was loud music coming from a college student's house.

Upon arrival, Easton Police spoke to the homeowner and advised. The party was ending within an hour.

Police investigated a suspicious tent and fire set up at the power lines on Tamarack Lane at approximately 2:15 p.m. Saturday. Police found that the area was set up by people for possible parties.

Accident on Turnpike Street Friday

Police responded to an accident on Turnpike Street at approximately 3 p.m. Friday. A 911 caller reported that a truck had gone off the roads into the woods and reportedly passed out. Emergency officials at the Easton Fire Department were notified and the driver was attended to. The car was towed.
