Easton Police Log: Five Counts of Breaking and Entering, 2nd OUI, and More

August 20

12:50 a.m. - Maguire’s Bar and Grill on Foundry Street reported annoying calls.

8:45 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at Wash N’ Depot on Depot Street, police arrested and charged Flavio Louback, 33, of Easton with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

August 21

2:58 a.m. - Thomas Preytis, 18, of Cambridge was arrested at 7-Eleven on Washington Street and charged with shoplifting by asporation.

August 23

12:44 a.m. - Responding to a reported breaking and entering on Highland Street, police made two arrests. A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with five counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, two counts of larceny over $250, and three counts of larceny under $250.

Sean Hart, 19, of South Easton was charged with five counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, two counts of larceny over $250, three counts of larceny under $250, and with a warrant from Taunton District Court.

5:34 p.m. - A vehicle was reported broken into on Lothrop Street.

August 24

1:34 a.m. - Daniel Gibbons, 26, of Brockton was arrested and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct at Ames Shovel Works on Main Street.

6:18 p.m. - Larceny under $250 was reported on Greenfield Street.
