After responding to a call regarding an apparently drunk customer Tuesday morning, were met with more than they had expected in the parking lot of on Depot Street. Rafal Glanda, 25, of 428 Bay Rd was arrested on heroin possession at approximately 7 a.m. after an investigation, Police Chief said. By the time police had arrived at Dunkin' Donuts, Glanda was sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot. Police Officer Sean Lynch conducted an investigation to find Glanda in possession of the substance. Glanda will be arraigned in Taunton District Court Tuesday.
