Easton Police Respond to Alleged Threats on Foundry
A bicyclist vs. motorist incident leads off this today's police and fire log.

Easton Police responded to a call on Foundry Street Tuesday, July 17 at approximately 6:30 a.m. regarding a motorist who said he was threatened by three men on bicycles.
The motorist described the three men as bicyclists heading westbound on route 123/106 who threatened to beat him up.

Upon arrival, the officer reported no threats took place. The motorists and bicyclists disagreed about the rules of the road. The bicyclists were gone and motorist was advised.

A 7-year-old allegedly bumped his head in a two-way accident Wednesday, July 18 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
A police officer shuttled the mother and son to their residence. No hospital transport was required.
One Sent to Hospital in Center Street Accident
One person was sent to Good Samaritan Medical Center Thursday at approximately 11:20 a.m. when a car struck a pole on Center Street.
The vehicle struck and cracked the pole and the operator suffered a head injury. The Easton Fire Department transported the operator to the hospital.
Shoplifting Reported at 7-11 Early Friday
At approximately 3 a.m. Friday, a 7-11 employee reported a shoplifter in the Belmont/Washington store.
The suspect was described as a white male in his late teens or early 20's with a short beard. Police were unable to locate him.
False-Alarm Breaking and Entering Report From Dela Lane
Police responded to Dela Lane for a reported breaking and entering at approximately 6 p.m. Friday.
After seeing the house and speaking to the parties involved, police determined that no entry was gained
