Easton's Peretti Catches on With Nashua
Former Oliver Ames standout David Peretti is playing catcher for the Nashua Silver Knights in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.

David Peritti is spending the summer playing catcher for the Nashua Silver Knights of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.
Nashua will be playing at the Brockton Rox, Sunday, July 15, at Campanelli Stadium at 5:05 p.m.

A former Oliver Ames standout, Peretti just completed his sophomore year at Union College, starting 36 games and appearing in 40 behind the plate. He ended up batting .302 for the season and led the team in RBI with 40 and a pair of homers.
As a freshman, the 5'8'', 185-pound Peretti started 24 games, appearing in 27 overall with a .307 average, 10 stolen bases and 15 RBI. For his efforts, he was a Liberty League honorable mention selection.
