Easton Should Expect Winds Strong Enough to Blow Down Small Trees

Break out the windbreakers and hold on to your pets. A brief period of strong gusts of wind will impact the Easton area.

These winds could be as strong as 55 miles per hour, the National Weather Service reports.

The alert was issued at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday.

These winds will be strong enough to potentially blow down small trees or limbs and knock over unsecured items outdoors, NWS reports.

Drivers in high profile vehicles should drive cautiously in these winds.

The winds are expected to last until 6 p.m. Tuesday.
