Easton Woman Arrested For Assault
An alleged shoplifting incident resulted in the arrest of one Easton resident.

Easton Police arrested an Easton woman on assault charges Sunday Night after an alleged shoplifting incident at Target on Robert Drive.
Martha McNally, 61, of Washington Street was arrested for assault when police arrived to assist Target loss prevention, which was trying to "detain an unruly shoplifter."
McNally was later released on $40 bail.

Easton Man Arrested for Vandalism
One man was arrested for allegedly vandalizing another residents' car on Shagbark Road Sunday night.

Leslie Huynh, 26, was arrested for malicious damage to a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and trespassing when police were called by a resident claiming two cars with several parties were parked in his driveway. The resident said they approached the door asking for his brother, who is not home.
He was later released on $540 bail.
Shoeless Sunday Morning
Sunday at approximately 7 a.m., a caller reported a heavy set white male in his 50's wearing shorts and long sleeves with no shoes walking down the side of the road on Main Street. The caller said the party looked confused.
Another caller on Pleasant Street informed police a short time later that there was a male party standing in front of her home for approximately 10 minutes and had walked over the parking lot of the YMCA. He was described as the same man without shoes.
An officer spoke to the man, who reported he was just out for a walk. The man said he couldn't find his shoes in the morning so he left with only socks on. The officer offered him a ride home, but he refused.
Breaking and Entering Reported at Easton Gas and Convenience
At approximately 7 a.m. Saturday morning, a caller reported a past breaking and entering at Easton Gas and Convenience. The caller said he arrived at the store and the door was open, the alarm was sounding and several items were missing.
Telephone and electrical lines were allegedly cut during the break-in. The electrical meter was also missing.
Accident Near Porticello Sends One to Hospital.
One person was sent to the hospital after an accident that occurred in front of Porticello Restaurant Wednesday.
The two-car accident occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m.
