An Easton man charged with eight drunken driving offenses is behind bars.
David Frates, 46, of Easton, was sentenced to 4 1/2 years this week, according to the Sun Chronicle.
His last arrest was in January when police said he was driving in Rehobeth with an open bottle of blackberry brandy.
