Emergency Alert System Test Calls to be Made This Week
Easton residents can expect a test call on or around Wednesday.

A Message from the Easton Police Department:
A new “reverse 911” emergency call system is being implemented by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department. As part of the setup and testing, there will be test calls made to residences and businesses in Easton on or about Wednesday, Aug.3. Following the test call, residents and business owners will be able to input their cell phone numbers or other numbers directly into a database.
For those people who have an unlisted phone, they will be able to add their number through a link on the Sheriff’s website. Any phone calls made using this system will only be made for emergency situations.
