AN EVENING OF LAUGHTER WITH LAUGHTER YOGA

Linda and Bill Hamaker, Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers and founders of "Lets Laugh Today" will join us to share the gift of Laughter with Laughter Yoga.  Join us for light refreshments at 7:00 followed by Laughter Yoga from 7:30 to 8:30.  All ages and all physical abilities can do Laughter Yoga. All you need to attend is a fun-loving spirit.

 

WHAT IS IT?
Laughter Yoga (also called Hasya Yoga) is a fun form
of exercise that strengthens the immune system, unwinds the negative effects of stress, lowers blood pressure, improves mental alertness, enhances blood oxygen
levels, boosts circulation (good cardio-vascular effects) and makes you feel good in the here and now by lifting your spirits.   Learn how to make the power of

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING?

Anything comfortable for you.  There will be light refreshments, but you may want to bring a water bottle with you as laughter can make you thirsty. $10 fee, cash or check made out to Let's Laugh Today.
