Chipotle fans may be in a hurry to get to the restaurant on Monday, Jan. 26.
The company is dubbing the date Sofritas Monday to encourage the purchase that day of their organic tofu sofritas option. Buyers in return will be eligible to receive a free burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos.

According to the Chipotle website, customers who order Sofritas on Monday, Jan. 26 at any Chipotle in the country will be given back their receipt to get a free item on the next visit.
The nearest location to Easton is 5.3 miles away at 287 School St. in Mansfield. The establishment is open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
