According to the calculator, a 160-pound adult who shovels snow for 60 minutes will have burned 396 calories.

Unfortunately, the calculator doesn’t take into consideration the weight of the snow or the amount of snow being picked up. It could be likely that you’re burning a whole lot more than what the calculator says.
