Husband & Wife Choir Director Team announce Auditions for Crash Coast Chorus

Local husband and wife choir director dynamic duo Krishan and Kirsten Oberoi announce auditions for their newly founded Crash Coast Chorale - an upbeat seasonal community chorus based in Easton, MA.

The Oberoi's have worked on several high-level projects as a team, including premiering Disney Theatrical's Hunchback of Notre Dame in 2014 and working with film composer Michael Giacchino on the choral aspect of the live premiere of Star Trek Beyond in 2016. Through choral music, the Oberoi's have inspired hundreds of singers of all ages.

CRASH COAST CHORUS is a new, seasonal choral group offering:

- a fun, high-level singing experience
- a musical environment that is upbeat, social, and well-organized
- artistic excellence through a compressed rehearsal schedule
- dynamic and interesting repertoire

AUDITIONS will take place on Thursday, 4/27 & Tuesday, 5/2 from 5:30pm-7:30pm in Easton, MA. The first performance of Crash Coast Chorale will take place on Thursday, June 29th in Newport, Rhode Island. The concert will be a combined effort with the South Shore Children's Chorus (founded by Kirsten Oberoi, Jan. 2016).

The rehearsal schedule will be as follows:
Thursday, June 29th – 7:30pm performance (6pm call) at Trinity Church, Newport (Honyman Hall)
Wednesday, June 28th – 7-9:30pm rehearsal (either in Easton, MA or at Trinity Newport)
Sunday June 25th – 7-9:30pm rehearsal in Easton, MA
Wednesday, June 21st – 7-9:30pm rehearsal in Easton, MA
Monday, June 19th – 7-9:30pm rehearsal in Easton, MA
Sunday, June 18th – 7-9:30pm rehearsal in Easton, MA
