LCB Senior Living Celebrates the Groundbreaking for The Residence at Five Corners in Easton
The 84-apartment independent, assisted and memory care living community for seniors to is set to open in fall of 2015.

LCB Senior Living, LLC (www.lcbseniorliving.com) broke ground on Thursday on The Residence at Five Corners (www.residencefivecorners.com), an 84-apartment Independent, Assisted and Memory Care residence for seniors at 678 Depot Street in Easton, MA.
The Congress Companies will construct the community, and LCB Senior Living will own and operate it going forward.

The Residence at Five Corners is located in the heart of Easton at Five Corners. The community will feature a host of amenities and services, including an on-site gourmet restaurant that will allow residents to dine on their own schedules, comfortable living rooms and a library, media room, recreation facilities, outdoor sitting and walking areas, and many others.
The community is well-located near shopping, houses of worship, and all of the attractions that the area offers.

“Easton is a wonderful location for us,” said LCB Chief Executive Officer Michael S. Stoller. ”The combination of natural beauty and access to all of the wonderful resources that the area has to offer is truly unparalleled.”
The project is currently in lease-up phase, and is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2015.
The Residence at Five Corners was funded in part by Prudential in Atlanta, GA (www.prudential.com). PNC Bank (www.pnc.com) was the lender.
Independent Living residents at the community will have their own apartment with kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three gourmet meals prepared and served restaurant style on-site, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents will have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing medication reminders, and other services.
The Residence at Five Corners will also include LCB’s Reflections Memory Care services for residents with early stage Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities.
