An Interview with Easton's Heather Michael, Who Holds the Highest G.P.A from Her Sending Community of Easton
How did you choose your major? I always loved working with children.
Who is your favorite teacher? Miss Cutner. She teaches my favorite subject: English.
What was your favorite class? English. I’ve always been interested in English – Writing and Reading.

What was your favorite experience at Southeastern Regional? Getting the chance to be in Early Education and Care. We get to actually work with children, and get a feel for what the career is actually like.
What activities did you enjoy during your time at Southeastern Regional? Sports in my freshman and sophomore years.

What was your senior project? I explained my Co-Op job’s daycare center and the room I work in there.
What is your favorite TV show? The Walking Dead
What is your favorite food? Chicken
What are your future plans? To work full time at the daycare I’m currently working at for Co-Op.
How did Southeastern help you in your career? Early Education and Care gave me a lot of experience. My junior year, I worked at the school’s early learning center for pay, before classes started and after school. Also, Miss Fagundes got me my Co-op job.
Do you have advice for incoming freshmen? Manage your time. Don’t feel stressed out or rushed. It will all sort out in the end.
