Motor Vehicle Accident Near Main Street Post Office Friday

Emergency officials received a call at approximately 3 p.m. Friday regarding a motor vehicle accident in front of the U.S. Post Office on Main Street and across the street from .

Police and Fire Officials arrived on the scene and minor traffic delays ensued. One person was taken to the hospital, fire officials said.

Car Strikes Pole on North Main Street

Thursday morning at approximately 7:20, officials received word of a car vs. pole accident on North Main Street. Upon arrival, responders found no injuries. EMT units were canceled en route.

Smoke Odor at Center School

On Tuesday at approximately 8:30 a.m., Fire Officials responded to a call regarding the smell of smoke at . Easton DPW workers responded as well.

The odor was apparently from the compressor motor.
