November Babysitter Training
On November 18, 12:30-5, come to the Museum to learn the babysitting basics. This class is for grades 6 and up.
Develop your babysitting skills on Wednesday November 18 at 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for our Babysitter Training Class. Students from grades 6 and up have the opportunity to learn the basics of being a great baby-sitter from an experienced teacher!
During this one day course, students will learn how to care for children. Some topics that will be covered include: diapering techniques, safety and accident prevention, basic first aid, how to handle emergencies, great ideas for healthy, wholesome snacks and age appropriate activities! Students are asked to eat prior to arrival along with bringing a large doll or teddy bear to practice diapering and first aid techniques.
There is a $50 fee per student, pre-registration and advance payment is required. There is a limit for the class size.
