Oliver Ames Boys', Girls' Soccer Teams to Host Playoff Double Header Sunday
Both teams were given a 6 seed in the South Secontional Tourney.
The Oliver Ames boys' and girls' soccer teams both received a bye in the first round of the MIAA Div. I South Sectional Tournament with a No. 6 seed. Both teams will play at Muscato Stadium Sunday afternoon and evening.
The girls will take on the winner of No. 11 Durfee and No. 22 Brockton at 4 p.m. The Lady Tigers finished the regular season 14-3-1 overall and 12-3-1 - good enough for second in the Davenport Division.
At 6 p.m., the OA boys will take to the field to face the winner of No. 11 Franklin and No. 22 Catholic Memorial. The Tigers finished the year with a 13-2-4 overall record and a 12-1-3 overall record in the Hockomock League.
