Oliver Ames High School Safe Grad Night

Over 220 recently graduated members of the OAHS Class of 2014 attended the Safe Grad Night on June 1st. The event was held at the high school and the graduates were kept busy all night.

This was the 18th year of the Safe Grad Night tradition, a drug and alcohol free post-graduation celebration that brings seniors together at the high school. On graduation night, students checked in at 11pm and stayed over night until 5am.

This year, the night featured a mechanical bull, a bungee run, a giant rock wall and slide, an obstacle course, a photo booth and great food. The grads were also awarded with over 70 prizes throughout the night, all of which were donated by Easton Community members.

Without community support, the Safe Grad Night could never have happened. Businesses and people throughout the community contributed time, talents, food, and prizes in order to provide such a great event for this year’s graduates.
