Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School Students Earn Medals at SkillsUSA District Competition
Local High Schoolers Bring Home the Gold, Silver and Bronze

(South Easton) - On Thursday, February 26, 2015, 137 students from Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School attended the SkillsUSA District II Competition at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, along with students from Attleboro High School, Durfee High School, Bristol Community College, Bristol-Plymouth Regional Voc Tech, Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School and Tri-County Voc. Tech.
At the end of the day, Southeastern Regional students came home with 7 Gold, 6 Silver and 10 Bronze Medals. Winners are listed below by community of residence:

“It was a great experience. The kids were outstanding. They all tried their best to win, but they were all winners in our eyes,” said SkillsUSA Advisor Mrs. Sheila Fox. “They made new friends from our school and other schools in attendance. They showed professional manners, were good team players and well-behaved. I didn’t have to speak to even one student.”
Arlette Dervill has been selected to run for Massachusetts SkillsUSA State officer after performing well in a written exam and interview at the District II conference.
Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School is a public 9-12 vocational high school located in South Easton, Massachusetts, serving approximately 1,277 students from the city of Brockton and the towns of East Bridgewater, Easton, Foxborough, Mansfield, Norton, Sharon, Stoughton, and West Bridgewater.
