Police Log: Arrests for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Drug Possession with Intent to Distribute

Saturday, Feb. 14

At 7:30 p.m., police reported a two-car motor vehicle accident with property damage on Poquanticut Avenue in which one vehicle was towed.

At 1:45 a.m., police arrested Kevin J. Airoldi, 22, 17 Gendron Lane of Kennebunk, ME, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer on Lothrop Street.

At 2:52 a.m., police put a 19-year-old male from Walpole into protective custody on Lothrop Street.

Monday, Feb. 16

At 12:14 p.m., police reported a two-car motor vehicle accident with property damage in which one vehicle was towed near Short Street and Center Street.

At 4:11 p.m., police reported larceny over $250 on Lothrop Street.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

At 8:20 a.m., police reported a two-car motor vehicle accident with property damage in which two cars were towed on Center Street.

At 10:36 p.m., police reported an animal incident on Jyra Lane.

Wednesday, Feb. 18

At 10:21 a.m., police arrested Jorge C. Aquino, 38, 7 Jackson St. of Brockton, and charged him with Class B drug possession with intent to distribute, operating under the influence of drugs, Class E drug possession and negligent operation of a motor vehicle on Washington Street.

At 6:15 p.m., police reported vandalism to a motor vehicle on Pinebrook Lane.

Thursday, Feb. 19

At 6:09 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Bay Road in which one vehicle was towed.

At 12:28 p.m., police reported assisting an elderly person(s) on Roosevelt Circle.

Friday, Feb. 20

1:51 a.m., police put a 21-year-old female from Tewksbury into protective custody on Lothrop Street.

At 7:25 a.m., police reported larceny over $250 on Foundry Street.

At 1:53 p.m., police reported a two-car motor vehicle accident with property damage at the intersection of Highland Street and Foundry Street.
