At 4:59 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident in which police used the Jaws of Life to rescue a driver at the intersection of Foundry Street and Depot Street. Emergency medical services and fire units responded to the scene.

Wednesday, Jan. 21
At 3:46 p.m., police reported assisting an elderly person on Harmony Lane. Emergency medical services and fire units responded to the scene.
At 6:05 p.m., police reported a road hazard on Pleasant Heights Drive.
At 7:29 p.m., police arrested Christopher Michael Azevedo, 464 Foundry St. of South Easton, on a warrant arrest and charged him with resisting arrest near Foundry Street and Depot Street.
At 11:27 p.m., police reported a noise complaint at The Farmer’s Daughter on Main Street.
Thursday, Jan. 22
At 1:59 a.m., police reported a health and welfare check on Pine Street. Services were rendered.
At 2:24 p.m., police reported an animal incident on Peterson Road.
