4:04 p.m. - Nara Lugo, 27, of Brockton, was arrested on Elm Street and charged with drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.

12:00 p.m. - A 48-year-old male from Hyde Park received a summons on Washington Street for a number plate violation to conceal ID and having an insured motor vehicle.
