9:32 p.m - A vehicle was broken into at the 99 Restaurant on Belmont Street.

1:39 p.m. - Larceny was reported at Target on Robert Drive.

Jeffrey Flandys, 46, of Brockton, was arrested at Roche Bros. on Roche Bros. Way and charged with shoplifting by asportation, leaving the scene of property damage, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license
