Police Log: A Snake in a Bathtub and a Sheep or Goat on the Loose

Friday, July 25

At 11:02 a.m., a Depot Street resident reported a snake in her bathtub. Animal control responded and removed the snake.

At 1:24 p.m., a resident reported that items were removed from her son’s vehicle while it was parked at Pine Oaks Golf Club more than a week ago.

At 3:43 p.m., an Easton resident reported credit card fraud.

At 8:37 p.m., police received a call about three young males swearing at cars and being rude on Foundry Street. They left before police arrived.

Saturday, July 26

At 9:18 a.m., police received a call from Turnpike Street after someone broke into a business and stole money from both cash registers.



Sunday, July 27

At 6:14 p.m., police received a call about a loose sheep or goat on Main Street. Police were unable to wrangle the animal.
