Roll Over Accident on Washington Street Early Sunday
Car crashes and suspicious activity at Target highlight today's police and fire log.

received a call at approximately 3:20 a.m. Sunday morning regarding an accident on Washington Street. Police and both arrived on the scene to find one injured in a roll-over accident.
assisted in the situation and one person was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital.
Foundry Street Accident Saturday Morning

Police received numerous 911 calls at approximately 11 a.m. Saturday regarding an accident on Foundry Street.
Emergency responders arrived to find a two-car motor vehicle accident. One person was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital.

Wiffleball Disturbance at Porticello's Early Saturday
Police received a call just after midnight on Saturday morning regarding a noise disturbance at restaurant. The caller said a number of people were behind Porticello's Restaurant playing wiffleball and yelling, and that the disturbance had been occurring for the past week.
Officers arrived at the restaurant and advised the wiffleball players to move along.
Car Strikes Pole on Main Street Friday
At approximately 6:30 p.m. Friday, police received a number of reports regarding a car striking a pole on Main Street. One person was injured and brought to Good Samaritan Hospital.
Verizon was notified of the pole and property damage was logged of a nearby residence.
Suspicious Man at Target
At approximately 2:15 p.m. on Friday, police were notified of a suspicious man at Target and possibly the day before.
A resident reported a man standing at the end of every isle she walked down smiling at her. The man was reported as a white male between 5-10 and 6-0 with an average build in his mid-fifties with short gray hair with a white dress shirt and colorful tie.
Target security walked her to her car. The resident also stated that her friend had a similar experience at Hannaford's recently with a man who matched a similar description. The resident was advised not to hesitate when calling in the future.
