SEX OFFENDER MAP 2015: Where Do Easton's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Easton has four Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

• Zachary Brodeur, 26, works at 41 Hampden D. He was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and rape and abuse of a child in 2007.
• Robert LeBlanc, 47, lives and works at 649 Foundry St. He was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2011.
• Daniel MacKinnon, 38, works at 18 Wilbur St. and has an address listed as “other” at 8 Water St. He was convicted of rape in 1997.
• Joseph Purpura, 41, lives at 614 Washington St. and works at 620 Washington St. He was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 in 1995 and rape and abuse of a child, rape of child with force, assault of child with intent to commit rape, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 in 1993.
