STI in South Easton will host first "Taste of STI" May 19

The event will feature STI culinary and 20 local vendors. It's not too late for restaurants to participate! Call Rhonda Jermyn 508-230-1236

Southeastern Technical Institute (STI), in South Easton, will be hosting its first annual Taste of STI on May 19, 2016, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The event will feature food and beverages from 20 different local restaurants, alongside STI’s new adult Culinary Arts Program.

While customers sample food, they will enjoy a live runway show by the STI adult Cosmetology Program at 6 p.m. The show will display the talents of the first graduating class of Cosmetology students in hair, makeup, nails, and fashion.

Admission is $15 per person. Children ages six and under are free. Space is limited, and tickets can be purchased online at the STI website, www.stitech.edu.

Please join for this groundbreaking event, which will be the beginning of a new culinary tradition in our own backyard! Southeastern Technical Institute (STI), stitech.edu, provides training to adults in a diverse range of vocational fields, which are geared to meet the training needs of the community and local businesses. The school currently offers full-time and part-time, day and evening programs that include Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Dental Assisting, HVAC, Medical Assisting, and Practical Nurse. The school also offers continuing education classes in Automotive, Welding, Woodworking, Electrical, Plumbing and Computers.
