Easton Fire Chief Kevin Partridge said the accident was initially a head-on collision between a mini-van and a pick-up truck. A third vehicle then rear-ended the mini-van before colliding with the pick-up truck.

Two of the operators were conscious and walking outside of the vehicle. They were transported go Good Samaritan Medical Center, Partridge said.
