Video Evidence in Fatal New York Shooting
Police are seeking video and pictures taken by people and surveillance cameras at the New York Shopping Center.

An intense video taken by a college student after DJ Henry was shot in Thornwood Sunday depicts chaos, shock and hysteria. It can be viewed on LoHud.com.
Mount Pleasant Police Chief Louis Alagno said the department is actively seeking more such videos—from passersby, participants and from any surveillance cameras in the businesses of the Thornwood Shopping Center, where Henry was killed as he moved his car forward after a police officer knocked on the driver's side window.
Another officer, Pleasantville PO Aaron Hess, ended up on the hood of Henry's car and shot into the windshield, police said. Mount Pleasant Officer Ronald Beckley also fired. Henry's car crashed into a police cruiser and stopped.

Alagno said the department would not release any police video that may have been taken. "That would be evidence," he said.
