EASTON, MA — A Waltham man was arrested for what police said was his second OUI following a head-on crash caught on tape Saturday night. Thomas Gallagher, 39, was charged with OUI liquor (second offense,) negligent operation of motor vehicle, and failure to yield to oncoming Gallagher, who was driving an Infinity sedan, and the driver of the GMC pickup truck he struck were both uninjured. Police said the crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Route 123. Gallagher's bail was set at $540. He was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Taunton District Court.
