WANTED: Stolen Diamond

On Tuesday, May 22, 2012 a white or possibly Hispanic male came into Goldcrafters Exchange (pawn shop) wearing a black over coat, black baseball hat, black rimmed glasses, shirt and tie. Party is further described as approximately 5'06" tall, thin and in his 30's or 40's. Male also has a tattoo on the right side of his neck that appeared to be some sort of script, possibly someone's name. Subject asked to looked at diamond ring and then fled the store with same. Subject ran and got into passenger side of waiting gray/silver minivan that victim believes was a Dodge Caravan.
