Roots & Wings believes that young people need two things to become awesome human beings:
Roots--knowing who they are and where they come from, and Wings--the skills and confidence to go out and create positive change in themselves, others, their communities and the world. This is what the RaW program addresses through a tangible and innovative mentorship model.

Having the critical skills to be a global leader is no longer a “nice to have”, it is a “must have” for our teens to be successful in their personal, academic, and professional lives. Our world is getting smaller and possessing the tools to engage across difference, communicate clearly and understand how identity impacts leadership are crucial to all professions and all citizens.
Please consider joining this program for the 2015-2016 school year.
