FALMOUTH, MA – The 123rd Boston Marathon is coming up and there will be a host of Falmouth runners. The marathon is Monday, April 16. Ten Falmouth runners signed up for the race.
For some, the race is a personal triumph. Others run in memory of a loved one whose life was robbed by cancer, Alzheimer's, ALS or other diseases. Some train for weeks just to bring attention to autism, bullying or animal cruelty. Others are professional runners who are in it to win it.
