5 Things You Need to Know Today, 3/21

A free classical music concert and more for March 21.

1) Today we'll have patchy fog before 10am. Otherwise, it will be partly sunny, with a high near 60. Tonight we'll have patchy fog after 11pm. Otherwise, it will be mostly clear, with a low around 47. 

2) Yoga is a gentle, relaxing and meditative practice that's centuries old and has benefits such as stress reduction, lowered blood pressure and clear thinking, leaving one with a feeling of overall well-being. Elizabeth Davies, MA, CNA, has been practicing yoga over 40 years, and will be conducting a class in chair yoga at the on Wednesdays from 11am-noon. 3) Tonight at 7pm, the will host a Great Decisions discussion group composed of interested individuals who want an opportunity to learn about the foreign policy decision-making process. Tonight's topic is Indonesia. No particular expertise is needed, just an interest in discussing foreign affairs! 4) The Cape Symphony and Conservatory of Music and Arts will team up with the Falmouth High School Music Department for the fourth and last of the very special one-hour concert performances offered this year at ; pianist Stephanie Weaver and a guest vocalist will perform tonight from 7-8:30pm. Weaver is the Managing Director of the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra and Conservatory of Music and Arts. The concert is free and open to the public, but donations will be accepted at the door in an effort to help support the Collaborative Scholarship Fund.
