1) Today we'll have areas of dense fog before noon. Otherwise, it will be cloudy through mid-morning, then gradually clearing, with a high near 59. Tonight will be partly cloudy, with a low around 46. 

2) Tonight from 5-10pm, the Falmouth Artists Guild is hosting “You Art What You Eat," a delicious way to support art. Gather your friends and choose one of several restaurants for an evening of fun, food, and raffles. 25 percent of the evening’s gross receipts will benefit the Falmouth Artists Guild. 3) Tonight at 7pm, ’s free Community Coffee House Series: Research at the Reserve continues with “Wastewater Problems on Cape Cod: Can Wood Chips Be Used to Clean Up Our Groundwater?” The featured speaker will be Dr. Ken Foreman, researcher at the Ecosystems Center at the . For the past six years, Dr. Foreman, several of his colleagues MBL, and their students have been testing an innovative strategy for cleaning up nutrient pollution in Cape Cod bays. Two of these systems were installed at the shoreline of Waquoit Bay several years ago. Dr. Foreman will report on what they’ve learned so far and discuss how such barriers might be part of the solution for cleaning up Cape Cod’s coastal ponds. Doors open at 6:45pm with a chance to view the exhibits in the visitor center and sample some homemade sweets and coffee and tea. For more information, call 508-457-0495 x107 or 108.

4) Local women will present "The Vagina Monologues" tonight at 7:30pm at to benefit the Cape Cod Center for Women, which is the Cape and Islands' only 24/7 emergency domestic violence shelter. Tickets are available in advance at in Woods Hole and Falmouth for $8 and at the door for $12. Raffles and a silent auction will be held and refreshments will be available.
