4) Tonight at 7pm, the ’s Community Coffee House Series continues with “Cape Cod Storm Chasers.” The featured speaker will be Dr. Chris Weidman, Research Coordinator at Waquoit Bay. As Hurricane Irene approached Cape Cod last August, most people were rushing to remove their boats and equipment from coastal waters. But over at Waquoit Bay, Weidman and a few other scientists were rushing to get their scientific equipment set up in the Bay! Join the Reserve for a local version of Storm Chasers (through some amazing photos) as Chris shares what he found out.
