A farmers' market and more for April 14.

1) Today will be sunny, with a high near 55. Tonight we'll have a chance of showers, mainly after 11pm. It will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 47. 

2) Come visit the Waquoit Farmers' Market at the  from 10am-3pm today and every Saturday through May 12, featuring handcrafted foods, locally grown fresh produce, weekly cooking demos, used books, and a thrift store. It's also home of the famous Holy Frank's hot dog!

3) Do you love to read aloud with dramatic flourish? Are you interested in American history? If you are age 12 to 112, then come be a part of the Bull Run Readers’ Theater Workshop, offered by the  starting today with auditions at 1:30pm. As a reader's theater, actors will read from the text, with emotion, but minimal props and costumes. No experience or memorization is necessary to take part in this workshop, just a desire to bring the past alive with your voice! 4) Sound Financial Advisors will sponsor Wings for Falmouth Families' Second Annual Comedy Night this evening at the . Monies raised will support the mission of WFF, which provides local families with school-age children financial assistance when they are experiencing a medical crisis or tragic event. The headliner for the evening is nationally renowned comedian and Best of Boston award winner Paul D'Angelo, who co-stars in Showtime’s “Godfathers of Comedy.” Opening for Mr. D’Angelo is Boston's rising star comedian Sal Votano. The evening's Master Of Ceremonies is Falmouth Police Chief Anthony Riello. Individual tickets are $40; to order tickets or reserved tables of 8 or 10 guests, please visit WingsForFalmouth.org.
