5 Things You Need to Know Today, 5/27

1) Today will be mostly sunny, with a high near 67. Tonight showers are likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 2am. It will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 56. 

2) Natural, hand-crafted items for mouth watering, skin soothing, fresh food cutting and even self adorning will be on display and available at the  Artisans Fair today. From 11am-3pm, jewelers, dessert and specialty food chefs, natural body concoction makers, fine woodwork and inlay cutting board makers, and a wool spinner will be on hand with their wares under the Farm Pavilion. The adjacent café and store will be open for breakfast and lunch. For $8, people may purchase a day pass to be able to experience farm membership for a day, enjoying a stroll through the gardens and greenhouses, picking fresh greens for purchase, and visiting the animals, including the 17 alpacas, 50 chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and more. 

3) There will be a wine tasting today from 11am-4pm today at the . Sample 6 wines grown on Cape Cod for $5, which includes a wine glass to take home. Stroll through the vineyard and see the grapes growing; there are Merlot, Pinot Grigio and Cabernet vines.

4) Come on out to the tonight for New England's preimere soul and R&B band, Pocket Full of Soul! The fun starts at 10pm.
