More artisans come to town, this time in Woods Hole.

2) The first of two summer will take place today on Water Street in Woods Hole, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Presented by the , the fair will feature works in a wide range of media, including photography, jewelry, pottery, and sculpture. Over 20 local artists will be on hand to display their wares. Parking will be even tighter than usual, so you might want to consider parking in Falmouth and taking the WHOOSH. 4) The MBL's hosts , a lecture by Jesse H. Ausubel of the Rockefeller University. Described as a “radical modernist tour of the environment of the 21st century,” the lecture will examine the effects of the world's ever-rising population.
