Barnstable County Fair Sets Up Coronavirus Vaccine Clinic

You can get vaccinated at the Barnstable County Fair and then enjoy rides, fair food and more.

FALMOUTH, MA — The Barnstable County Fair is back, but this summer its offering more than its rides, fair food, music and demolition derby. Fair organizers also partnered with the Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment to offer COVID-19 vaccinations at the fair.

Appointments are not required. County health officials will vaccinate anyone 12 or older from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., through Sunday, at the Marketplace Building.

Those 12 and older can receive the Pfizer vaccine with parental permission, while those over 18 can get the Johnson & Johnson one-shot vaccine.
