Boston Calling is the dominant event of the weekend, with big-name acts like Paramore, The Foo Fighters and Yeah Yeah Yeahs headlining the 2023 edition of the festival. (Tickets are still available, by the way.)

It's also Memorial Day weekend, which means events taking place in Cape Cod will become a fixture on this list for those who trek to the Cape for the season or a long weekend.
