This event brings our community together to raise critical funds that make a real difference: supporting groundbreaking research toward a cure, expanding vital local programs and services, and helping people with Parkinson's live life to the fullest.Fundraise and earn great incentive prizes.There will be a DJ, lunch for participants, and Community Partner tables for everyone to visit. 

Together, we'll walk, connect, and raise funds to support the Parkinson's community.

Men’s Ministries Welcomes Men of all Ages
Falmouth Baptist Church’s Men’s Ministries welcomes men of all ages to their Saturday morning Bible study from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. This Saturday, the emphasis will be on Galatians 4:21-31, Bond and Free. 
&nbsp;The hour will include a time of teaching, conversation, fellowship, and prayer. COME, JOIN THE DISCUSSION! Coffee and light refreshments will be available.

On Saturday, September 19, 2026 the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's Woods Hole Flotilla will be conducting the one-day&nbsp;BOAT AMERICA&nbsp;boating safety class. The class will be held at the Sea Education Association at 171 Woods Hole Rd, Falmouth MA 02540. The time of the class is 8:30am (registration) until approximately 5pm. The cost is $25 per person.
This is an approved National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) 8-hour (one day) class. It provides the general knowledge needed to obtain the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Boating Safety Certificate and the Massachusetts Boating Safety Certificate required to operate a motorboat in Massachusetts by the Hanson-Milone Act of 2024. The Hanson-Milone Act requires motorboat operators born after January 1, 1989 to obtain a MA Boating Safety Certificate by April 1, 2026. Motorboat operators born before January 1989 have until April 1, 2028.
A Boating Safety Certificate has always been&nbsp;required for youth ages 12 through 15 to operate any motorized vessel alone, as well as youth ages 16 and 17 to operate a personal watercraft (Jet Ski®) alone in both Federal and MA waters.
TOPICS INCLUDE: Introduction to Boat types, Boating Law, Boat Safety Equipment, Safe Boating, Navigation, Boating Problems, Trailering, Storing and Protecting Your Boat.
Registration confirmation is done by email and students must be registered by Thursday prior to the event.

Village Green Historical Walking Tour – at Museums on the Green

The Falmouth Historical Society and the Falmouth Garden Club are pleased to provide the opportunity to tour the spectacular gardens at the Museums on the Green this summer! Take a walking tour of each of the five gardens in this beautiful location led by Falmouth Garden Club members.
Tours on Tuesday or Saturday at 11am, allowing time to visit the buildings.
The tour will last about 40 minutes. The dates are as follows:

Join us for the 2nd annual Cape Cod Pottery Trail! This self-guided trail offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the people and places where Cape Cod pottery is made. With 16 locations on the 2026 trail map and multiple artists at some locations, visitors can experience an extraordinary range of ceramic work—from wheel-thrown and slipcast functional ware to hand-built sculpture, jewelry, raku and wood-fired pieces. Many of these spaces are not open to the public outside the Trail, making the weekend a unique opportunity to meet the artists, see their creative processes, and purchase work directly from the makers. The Trail is free and open to everyone. There is no starting point or route. Visitors already on-Cape can jump onto the trail at any location, while those arriving from off-Cape often begin at the Sagamore location. Download a map from the Pottery Trail website. For an added element of fun, this map doubles as a Pottery Passport which provides space to collect a stamp at each stop. Complete the passport and turn it in at the final stop for a chance to win a handmade piece created by one of the Trail artists. September 25, 5-7pm Kick Off the Weekend at the Preview Party Get the hottest ticket in town! Join us for a festive evening event where you will meet the makers, see (and purchase) samples of their work, connect with the thriving pottery community – all while enjoying food and drink in the beautiful garden setting. Sea Stars Early Learning Center offers a balanced program that incorporates play-based learning, structured lessons, and physical activities. Children are encouraged to explore their interests, whether through music, art, science, or outdoor exploration. There’s a focus on developmental milestones, including fine motor skills, communication, and social interaction. The facility focuses on helping children develop strong social skills through group activities, games, and cooperative learning. There’s an emphasis on emotional intelligence, teaching kids how to manage their feelings and resolve conflicts peacefully. Our amazing helps kids learn to share, collaborate, and support one another, fostering a sense of community. The facility embraces children from all backgrounds and is sensitive to cultural differences, making sure all children feel accepted and valued. The facility features a large, secure outdoor play area with age-appropriate equipment. Children spend plenty of time outdoors, engaging in physical play and exploring nature. There may also be gardening activities. The building is designed with child safety in mind, featuring soft corners, non-toxic materials, and secure fencing around outdoor areas. Access points are monitored and locked to ensure only authorized individuals can enter. There’s a first aid kit and trained staff on hand at all times to handle any emergencies. The classrooms and play areas are spotless, with an abundance of natural light streaming in through large windows. The space is well-organized, with age-appropriate toys, books, and learning materials accessible to children. There’s a cozy reading nook, art stations, and sensory play areas where kids can explore their creativity. Our staff is certified in child development, first aid, and CPR, but they also have a genuine passion for working with children. Melissa Anderson and Leigh-Ellen Ferreira are two Falmouth natives who have spent many years working with children.
