Cape Cod Man To Serve 8 Years On Child Porn Charges
Officials found about 156 images and 22 videos depicting child sexual abuse material on a Cape Cod man's iPhone.
BOURNE, MA — A Cape Cod man will serve eight years in prison after it was determined he sent and received child sexual abuse material through a Kik account, officials said.
Bryan Mileikis, 37, was sentenced on charges that he received sexual abuse material and for violating his terms of supervised release. He will serve eight years in prison followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay $18,000 in restitution.
In addition, Mileikis received a two-year concurrent sentence for being found in violation of his supervised release on two prior unrelated federal armed bank robbery convictions.

In October 2023, Mileikis pleaded guilty to one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
Mileikis was identified as the owner of a Kik Messenger account distributing child pornography online. A search of Mileikis’ Bourne residence in June 2019 resulted in the seizure of his iPhone.
