Cape Cod Nauti-Block Gang: 3 More Plead Guilty
Oliver Hamilton, Browning Mejia and Jason Mello were drug dealers for the "Nauti-Block" gang, according to federal prosecutors.

BOSTON, MA — Three more members of Cape Cod's "Nauti-Block" gang on Monday pleaded guilty to federal drug charges. Oliver Hamilton, 26, Browning Mejia, 26, and Jason Mello, 29, admitted to a host of crimes, according to federal prosecutors. The trio acted as lower-level drug dealers for the gang, prosecutors added.

Nauti-Block was "responsible for a significant quantity of the heroin distributed on Cape Cod," Acting U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts William Weinreb said in a statement. The gang was led by Denzel Chisholm, Christian Chapman and Christopher Wilkins, prosecutors said. Chapman previously pleaded guilty to heroin trafficking and Chisholm and Wilkins will stand trial June 5 on a host of charges.

The gang obtained heroin from New Bedford and distributed it throughout the Cape, prosecutors said. In April 2016, law enforcement authorities said they broke up the gang and arrested more than a dozen members.
Hamilton pleaded guilty to conspiracy and heroin distribution. He will be sentenced September 13.

Mejia pleaded guilty to using a communications facility to commit a drug offense. He will be sentenced September 14. Prosecutors said the distributed heroin while he was an inmate at the Norfolk prison.
Mello pleaded guilty to conspiracy and heroin distribution. He will be sentenced September 15.
Last month, another gang member nicknamed "El Chapo" also pleaded guilty to federal charges.
Prosecutors said the gang became notorious for the blue tint of its heroin.
