Coast Guard Intercepts Drunk Boat Captain in Falmouth, Police Say
Matthew Procek, of Falmouth, was arrested Thursday. He was allegedly involved in an assault on Martha's Vineyard then fled in a boat.

Authorities said a drunk Falmouth man assaulted someone on Martha’s Vineyard early Thursday morning then took off in a pleasure boat, terrifying passengers who then called for help.
Matthew Procek, 42, was arrested and charged with OUI.
Police said Procek was operating the “Dream Driven” when one of the passengers called police. A Coast Guard boat intercepted the pleasure craft in the Waquoit Bay area and towed it to Falmouth. Procek failed a field sobriety test, police said. His bail was set at $540.
